Policy Endorsements

Assurance Title issues Wisconsin and ALTA (American Land Title Association) endorsements upon request.

Please specify in your title order which endorsements you require.

Different rates apply to certain endorsements for "residential" and "non-residential" policies.  Please contact our office for current endorsement rates.

Notes

Some specialty endorsements utilized for large commercial projects will require additional research, documentation and may result in additional fees. Assurance Title works hand in hand with the underwriter and any lenders or attorneys when specialty endorsements are requested.
