As a closing agent, you not only have to be accurate at producing the Closing Disclosure statement, (a great number cruncher), but you also need to know and be able to explain every document a borrower signs. Add all that plus a positive personality and you have an excellent closing agent. Ryan has a crystal-clear understanding of the numbers and mortgage documents and enjoys face to face interaction with our customers.
