This application is for placing a title insurance order for a spec. new construction project. Spec loans are specifically for situations where a builder is obtaining a loan for new construction and there is not currently a contract in place or the builder may be providing a "turn-key" sale to new owners.

Please verify with the Builder which title company they would like to work with prior to placing the order.

A sixty year search is required on all construction loan policies, unless Assurance Title is supplied with a copy of a current Owner's or Loan policy in effect, or if the lot is a take-off from a master policy with our company. Prior title evidence can be uploaded using the application form below.

If Assurance Title is supplied with a copy an existing title policy we will see that your customer receives the proper rate, either Re-Issue Rate or Take-Off Policy Rate, if applicable.
