Boon was Assurance Title’s first mascot. She provided great incentive to all of us and taught us, you can always teach an old dog new tricks, it’s never too late. In remembrance of Boon, the owner of Assurance Title established Boon Properties, LLC which is the entity/name for our office at 901 Witzel Avenue. Boon represents what we all hope for and is defined as: “Something beneficial that is bestowed”. We all honor this belief and appreciate the business that comes our way and give thanks.
