Research
Assurance Title often will provide research at the courthouse and public records for attorneys or other government entities. These can be either abbreviated searches or full 60 year searches, with supplied copies of documents. We can provide this either electronically or with hard paper copies. The following is a list of research situations for the drafting of legal documents:
- Shared driveways/wells
- Party walls
- Sanitary District easements
- Divorce land splits
- Land transfers to or within Trusts, LLC's or Corporations
- Highway projects
- Verification of lands for probate or estate planning
