Denise Rosenberg
Title Coordinator
As Title Coordinator, Denise prepares and generates our title commitments and letter reports. In addition, Denise handles all our electronic recordings with the Register of Deeds and helps manage our judgment index system. Denise joined our team in September 2018 and previously worked for Fidelity National Title for 19 years. With her vast amount of experience, Denise is able to assist others within the title department. Denise holds a Wisconsin Title Insurance License.
Denise’s message: “I enjoy working in the title industry and find it very rewarding. My strong suit is organization, time management and customer service. I also enjoy tackling projects and enjoy helping out others within my department”.
